International Dhammadayada Ordination Program (IDOP) : Winter
The Buddhist Monk Ordination Program was first organized in 2005. The training was initiated by Luang Por Dhammajayo, The president of Dhammakaya Foundation ( A UN’s NGO and member of The World Fellowship of Buddhist ), with the objective of promoting ethics and morality among youths, in addition to their academic education. Education alone cannot adequately cultivate ethics and morality in a person.

จดหมายจากธรรมทายาทนานาชาติ IDOP รุ่นที่ 12 ตอน...บียองเจ ลูกชายยอดกตัญญู ผมโชคดีที่ได้เกิดในครอบครัวของชาวพุทธ และเติบโตที่เกาหลี จนอายุได้ 12 ปี ก็ไปเรียนต่อที่ประเทศฝรั่งเศส โดยคุณแม่ส่งผมไปพักอยู่กับคุณป้า ซึ่งท่านเป็นผู้นำของศูนย์ชาวพุทธซอน(เซ็น)ในฝรั่งเศส ทำให้ผมได้สัมผัสกับชีวิตนักบวชจากคนในครอบครัวตั้งแต่ยังเด็กเลยทีเดีย

โครงการบรรพชาอุปสมบทหมู่พระธรรมทายาทนานาชาติ หรือชื่อภาษาอังกฤษว่า International Dhammadayada Ordination Program (IDOP) เป็นโครงการที่ทางสำนักต่างประเทศ วัดพระธรรมกายได้จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปี โดยในปี 2553 นี้เป็นปีที่ 8 แล้ว ซึ่งปกติจะจัดในช่วงปิดภาคเรียน ภาคฤดูร้อนของชาวต่างประเทศ

Today, September 14th, 2013, at the Main Buddhist Chapel in Dhammakaya Temple, N’ Big or Mr. Vesaraj Deesamer has been ordained as a monk to dedicate merit to his father and famous singer, Mr. Sayan Sanya.
